No. We never use uploaded photos to train AI models. Your upload is used only to generate your six portrait variations, then automatically deleted after 10 days if you don't purchase. If you do purchase, we keep the generated portraits so you can reorder — but the original photo is still deleted on the same schedule.

The one thing SmilePlease can't replace is the class composite — the group photo of your kid's actual classmates — which only the school's photographer captures. A common hybrid: buy only the composite from school and use SmilePlease for the individual portraits.
